This is an interesting TED talk by Rachel Botsman. Within organizations and outside organizations, I detect a great interest and need to look for new ways of innovation and collaboration. Through internet, consumers are able to organize themselves and find a common ground and interest to join forces. But could we apply the same principles in corporations and start ups?
Rachel’s TED talk helps us to understand some of the drivers behind that force and gives us some actual cases where collaborative innovation is experimented with success.
